Planning and hosting even the smallest celebration can be stressful. We are here to make the process as smooth & stress-free as possible for you! You will be able to sit back, relax, and enjoy the event, just like your guests. We will work with you, as well as any additional vendors, to make sure your party is better than one’s wildest dreams!

The IDEA

It all begins with an idea.

Once you fill out our contact form, your job is done! We will do a little happy dance & then reach out to you as soon as we can to schedule a time to meet. We charge a small consult fee, but book us and that goes towards your final number! 

*Whether the meeting is held virtually or in person depends on venue location

At our meeting, we will ask you ALL the questions. We want you to be as detailed as possible when describing your vision to us so that we can make all your party dreams come true. Before you ask, YES—we absolutely do want to see your Pinterest inspo board! 

The overall budget or final number is heavily dependent on the additional vendors and details that you choose, but we will help you select the best options within your budget. After our meeting, we will send you a full work-up of what you can expect as soon as we can! 

If everything looks good & gorgeous to you, then we will send over a little paperwork for you to sign and officially add you to our schedule!

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

Event Management

Amber, Emily, & Mimi will be your planners leading up to the day of your event. We will source and manage all of your vendors and fully coordinate your event for you!

Design & Styling

We’ll make all of your Pinterest dreams come to life through a detailed design stage that includes us creating a custom mood board for your event and styling everything on the day of! We can also create custom graphics for your social media pages if you’re hosting a business gathering. You can sit back, relax & leave the designing and decorating up to the dream team.

Tablescapes & Decor

We’ll fully style any tables you choose to have at your party for up to 25 guests. All of the items for the tablescapes such as plates, cutlery, napkins, table runners, vases, candles, faux flowers, faux greenery, and displays are included. All of the decorations will be completely personalized to the desired theme of your event.

Balloons

Includes a 9ft deluxe balloon arch with your choice of up to 3 colors made by one of our most trusted vendors. Additional fees may apply for a longer balloon arch or extra colors. Delivery and install fees may also be applied.

Florals

Includes 1 large floral centerpiece and 2 accent pieces. We work with some of the best florists in our area to coordinate your floral centerpieces and accent pieces. Additional fees may apply depending on floral wants & needs.

Desserts

Includes a basic cake that serves up to 25 people + 2 dozen cupcakes OR 2 dozen large petit fours made by one of our most trusted vendors. Additional fees may apply depending on cake design. 

Set Up & Tear Down

We’ll fully set up and take down your event the day of.
